Soon there was lots of rustling in the grass. Snowy followed by Hoppy and Pippin appeared. Blackie the crow flew down. Shy Robin stayed on a branch safely out of reach. Matilda Mouse was breathless. She always had to run faster than the others. Lorenzo rat and Slinky appeared together. "Did you miss the Hunt today Slinky?" asked Minty. "Yes, it went the other way. My cousin will have to watch out". "We have a problem" stated Morc. "It's Stripey's birthday tomorrow and we ought to give him a party"
