An extract from the book

One day they pushed through very thick bushes, and beyond them was a clearing. The sun was now clearly visible and shone down on a carpet of brilliant blue - bluebells. They stopped and stared in wonder. Alison heard a sharp intake of breath. From Evie. "Oh look Alison. Isn't it beautiful. Let's go and sit among them" Alison gave a sigh of wonder and happiness. "This is our place Evie. No one else knows about it"
